It is a good course. I am at the end of the first week and I am still trying to understand the grammer which is very hard for me right now. Jean Lucien is very energetic and clear about the curriculum. I am hoping to catch up and be better acclimated in week two. I don’t really like working on the computer and find the text confusing to navigate at times. I would like to go back to review and I find it hard to do this on my own. I would like to speak more French outside of class. I think we need a projector in the classroom so that we can look at the board and also at the computer. I am an older learner so I write better than I speak. Outside the class I speak more and don’t worry so much about grammer. I just want to speak. However in terms of how the course is organized and the teaching, I think it is good so far. I am still thinking in English and translating in my head. Jean Lucien is wonderful, very patient and happy to teach us. It is lovely that he has such a positive attitude.
BLI is a very good online French course. The teachers are nice and helpful. The classes are easy to understand. I learned a lot and now I feel better speaking French. I really recommend it!
